Updated over a week ago

You can create anytime Exports anytime to monitor who did what, which sessions are going well etc.

Only when session group setting is Accept/Decline:

  • Export seat request: overview of requests being made by attendees to the hosts. Here you find the status of the request and the motivation of the attendee. Select Excel.

Status Explanation:
ACCEPTED: Host accepted the request
CANCELLED: Attendee cancelled the request
DECLINED: Host decline the request
FULLSESSIONAUTODECLINED: Host accepted maximum attendees to session other outstanding requests are automatically declined.
USERAUTODECLINED: Attendee has reached maximum accepted (by hosts) seats, all other outstanding session/meeting requests are automatically cancelled.

  • Export seat invites: requests being made by hosts to invite attendees to their sessions. Here you find the status of the request and the motivation why host wants to meet attendee. Select Excel

Only for 1-on-1 meetings

  •  Export and allocate 1-on-1 meetings: the day before the event you need to allocate 1-on-1s. First, check if all meeting requests are accepted/declined by hosts. After that, you fill out the number of dates on the exports page. In case you need to insert a break, this can be done in the PHP database (ask Matthijs how to do this). Allocate the meetings and after that you can send out the final schedule.

General Exports

  • Export login links: when you receive a support request from an attendee who’s link doesn’t work, you can find it here. Select Excel.

  • Export email history: you can track the emails being send and their status. We maximize the chance to end up in the Inbox. Sometimes attendees spamfilters are too strong or emails are incorrect,  then you can try to resend it. Select Excel.
