1.  Go to Menu > Attendees and click on the person(s) you would like to send an email

2. Tick the checkbox so that the button Bulk action appears

3. Click on Bulk action > Send email
4. Select the Email Template you want to send; scroll down and click on Preview & Send
5. Preview and confirm that email content is correct and click on Send Later

6. Choose a specific date & time and click on schedule or click on one of the pre-defined options. (Make sure your timezone is correct).

7. Your email is scheduled and you can always reschedule / cancel a scheduled email (read how to this).
