Here is a quick checklist before sending out the final schedule emails with personal schedules of your attendees.:  

  1. Do you need table numbers?  Check and update the session names with 01. , 02, in front of the session title. (important start with 01.  instead of 1.)  
    > edit > update session title > save changes

2. Did you fill in the exact location per session (for example: area 03 or booth 24)?Double check by exporting the file export list of sessions:  and edit the location via sessions > edit sessions > update location > save changes.

Important: when organizing 1-on-1 meetings:  First allocate the meetings before sending the final schedule email.
